BEWARE SCAM EMAILS!!!

We have been getting scam emails and too many clients have as well!  The most common (and one of the worst and most well constructed) is the ASIC Renewal email.  It looks so real and so convincing but close inspection reveals an incorrect foreign email address.  There are a couple of ATO emails that are quite similar, convincing and dangerous.  The ATO will NOT email you about refunds or payments.  Take great caution with emails you don’t normally receive.

We are also hearing regular stories of businesses being held to ransom following encryption of their database.
